At LUX, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if used or damaged after delivery.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
